Tariff Terms and Conditions – VDP Travels
- Tariff includes fuel and driver service only. Toll, parking, and state permit charges are extra as applicable.
- Tolls, parking, and entry fees are extra and directly payable by the customer on-site.
- Rates may vary based on fuel price fluctuations. Please confirm updated prices before booking.
- Distance and time are calculated from our garage to the destination and back.
- For hourly usage, durations exceeding 7 hours will be billed as 10 hours, and those exceeding 12 hours will be billed as 15 hours.
- Driver Batta is calculated per calendar day. It is applicable even if the vehicle is used for a few hours within the day.
- Cancellation charges apply if the vehicle is canceled after leaving the garage or in case of a no-show.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be settled before the start of the journey.
